Bob Ellinor With Ice Cream Team Bob level 3 Hygiene Management certificate

The Directors at Ellinors Event Caterers Ltd have always been committed to their very high standards of operation.

The company’s strict operating policy requires that all new staff  as part of their induction course have to attend and pass a level 2 hygiene certification. All existing members of the team are required to attend a refresher course and re-pass this certificate every three years.

Ellinors Event Caterers are very proud to announce in addition company Director Bob Ellinor has attended and passed a Hygiene level 3 course. Hygiene level 3 is an advanced hygienist certification in company training and management.

The company continue to offer their customers the very highest standards as should be expected from a leading Catering Event Operator.

We are very proud to announce our 2014 season product range. Company Director Bob Ellinor said” We consider very carefully what ice cream products we add and subtract from each seasons range and believe we at Ellinors Event caterers ltd offer an unrivalled selection in quality and choice, and we are confident our customers will enjoy the new products selected for this year”.

 

 

 

Some of the new lines this year is the tasty Honeycomb sparkle waffle cone, a delicious waffle cone dipped in chocolate then rolled in sparkle honeycomb
